So just another update. The blinking yellow light is gone and the computer starts up. Immediately after the initial screen (with the Dell logo) that pops up when the power button is pressed, it lets out 2 beeps and indicates that primary and secondary hard drives are not found. I checked all the cable connections to the 2 hard drives in the case and they both field snug. Almost there! A lot more optimistic now.
