Well I found a cheaper replacement domestically so I'm going to stick to that.

Since I'll be replacing the mobo, I'm thinking about upgrading the CPU and memory (and possibly the graphics card as well). I've read that the best CPU I can upgrade to is a Pentium 4 670. What would be the best memory configuration to use? It's currently only 2 x 512 MB DDR2 @ 400 MHz.

Ideally I'd like to run Windows 7 or 8.
