I tried the link for the download and it won't let me cause its requiring Additional software is required to run this troubleshooter. Windows XP service Pack 3 or later version (required) it says to Please insall the software from windows update But the thing is it won't let me do that either. Its all about this Service Pack 3 needed to do anything,how do I get that?
