You can overclock your GTX video card, but you cannot overclock your CPU. For the most part, games rely on the GPU so I would not worry too much about trying to get higher game settings. You really don't need the highest game settings possible to enjoy the games you play. If you have a need for that, then just wait until you get a new system. Even a new system will not play games better than yours without a good video card and most do not come with anything close to the performance of the GTX 560 Ti so you will just have to then buy another video card to maximize your performance. After all of that expense, you may realize you were just fine with what you had.
