The AMD Radeon 7570 Graphics Card may have a combination of HDMI and DVI ports or DisplayPort and DVI depending upon the configuration. You will need to connect the primary monitor to the DVI port on the graphics card and connect the second monitor to the integrated VGA port.
Please follow the steps provided below to enable the Intel Multi-Display feature to use the onboard VGA port:
1. Connect the primary monitor to the DVI port and restart the computer.
2. Start tapping the F2 key on the Dell logo to load the BIOS screen.
3. On the Advanced menu in the BIOS, navigate to “Onboard Device Configuration” and press Enter to reach the sub menu.
4. Navigate to “Intel Multi-Display” and press Enter and select “Enabled”.
5. Press F10 to save the settings and Esc to exit.
Restart the computer and connect the second monitor to the onboard VGA port. Restart once again and the display should be enabled on the second monitor. You can also connect a TV to the HDMI or DP Port using appropriate cables.
