Ok, from my thoughts - 560 ti will beat any 650 ti cards, however it will require stronger PSU, and it is already outdated, please provide your maximum budget for each component, to make our life easier. The maximum GB per each RAM slot is most likely is 4GB, so forget about one stick of 8GB. If rebates are ok for you, I can find you decent case for under 40 USD, it will be crampy, but should fit most of video cards. More info later.
