Great news - today I installed WIN XP Pro 32 bit on Dell XPS 8500.
As expected WIN XP Pro requested SATA drivers.
I connected USB floppy with Intel drivers.
After a couple of attempts I found Intel Series 7 C216 is OK.
Now I have WIN XP Pro with SP2 on Dell XPS 8500!
