I have been having the same issue. When I try to install the Chipset I get an error message saying "An error occured while unzipping. One or more files were not successfully unzipped. The error code is 40." I have finally committed myself to working on this until I get it fixed, but I don't want to have to buy another extended warranty for something that doesn't work for others either.
