I have a 3 week old XPS 2710 All In One. For first week, all was fine. Then it would increasingly slow and freeze, so only way to recover was to hit power button for hard reboot. Behavior repeated after about each day or two. Constant freezing and forced restarts. Then today after trying same thing I got "No operable boot media". After another power cycle, it booted OK. Now I'm back to slow then freezing. I loaded no unusual programs or other things that would cause this.
Running hard drive diagnostics shows OK, but sounds like a hard drive pending failure to me. Calling Support only told me to go through the usual tests and diagnostics which I had already done. Plus, computer works fine for half day so all diagnostics then would show OK.
I'm about fed up with this. Any ideas?
