Unfortunately, disabling hybrid sleep and turning hibernation off did not fix the problem. Touch screen continues to go on and off, on my Inspiron 2320, Windows 8. Most of the time the touch screen works, but this past week it seems not to be working again. I can't figure out when or why it does, even after a restart.
