The fact that things run properly in Safe Mode very strongly suggests you problem is in software and not a hardware problem. You can selectively disable drivers and services and startup programs by using the msconfig program which is already installed on your computer, and is accessed by going to the Start button, then the RUN menu item and entering the word msconfig.

Help for using this program will be easily found by Google and we can also offer assistance here if you need it. You will basically turn off Startup programs and / or drivers and reboot, until you find which one(s) are causing the freezes, etc. It is most likely to be 3rd party drivers such as those from Logitech.

Safe Mode has demonstrated that your hardware is capable of running without these issues when no extra software is loaded, and the job for you is to figure out which of the drivers or Startup programs may be the culprit in causing the problem to come back when you are not using Safe Mode to disable it. The msconfig program is designed to do exactly that.

Good luck!
