After recently upgrading the CPU in my OptiPlex 9010 AIO, I have been unable to restore the default settings for the balanced power plan. I have already tried using the "Restore default settings for this plan" button, Windows 10 trouble shooter, and the command prompt, but none have worked. I'm sure a "Reset this PC" would do the trick, but I really don't want to do that for such a minor issue. Does anyone know what the default settings are for "Turn off the display" and "Put the computer to sleep"? Also what is the default brightness level? It is currently set at 60%, but I think I remember the display being considerably brighter than that.
