Up until a week ago I had flawless internet connectivity with a usb dongle in the pc. Now there is nothing, I am not even given 'wireless' as an option. I have hooked up the pc with an ethernet cable while this issue persists.
Have done a boot scan anti-virus and run anti-malware software. No issues reported.
Here are some screenshots of the problem - the Windows 10 information is minimal, after a while it just goes into a loop. As you can see, there is no wireless tab, so I cam't begin to find out what the problem is.
