It seems to be an issue with the RAM. I would suggest you to run the diagnostics on the computer to check the hardware functionality.
To run ‘Dell Diagnostics’
- Power off the computer
- Restart the computer, press F12 on the Dell logo
- Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu

I would also suggest you to remove all the RAM's from the computer. Then put one RAM at a time and check if you get the beeps. Ensure that you check in all slots available with just one RAM.
