Power down the system.
Unplug the power cable.
Remove the side cover to expose the motherboard.
Locate the setup reset jumper group at the bottom left corner of the motherboard.
The jumper is normally located on pins 1-2. Pin 1 has an arrow printed on the board ponting to it.
Move the jumper up one so it covers pins 2-3.
Power on the computer, and immediately press "f2" for Setup.
While in Setup, under Security settings, clear/disable the setup password.
Hit ESC to exit setup, and save changes.
After saving completed, and system restarts, you can power down the system and move the jumper back to pins 1-2 to change the setup password.
