My advice is to forget about those. Install Windows, the chipset and other drivers, and all service packs and updates. Let Windows Update decide what is urgent and allow it to 'push' updates to your Dell. Install an AV package.
I worked multiple contracts at a Fortune 500 company, and the thousands of Dells they had in service were routinely wiped and reconfigured in that fashion.
