but there are two categories....needed for proper operation/mandatory versus don't necessarily need it unless your going to use it. "urgent", "install first", "must use" seemed to indicate "must install". now we're saying it is optional and falls into the bucket of an app for enjoyment? which one is it and is it critical and what does it do?
