Let's the following steps.
Drain the residual power from the desktop:
- Disconnect any external peripherals (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) from the rear and the front computer
- Then remove all the cables including power cable, monitor, keyboard and mouse from the computer
- Press and hold the power button on the computer for 10 seconds
- Reconnect the power cable, keyboard, mouse and monitor cable only
- Restart the computer and check if the computer is functioning properly
Alternatively, you can reseat the power connectors of the power supply:
Note: During installation or removal of any hardware, always turn off the system and ensure all data is backed up properly. Disconnect any telephone, network, and USB cables from the computer. Disconnect the computer and all attached devices from their electrical outlets.
- Remove the side panel of the computer
- Reseat the system board main power cable
- Reseat the CPU power cable
- Connect the power cable, video cable, keyboard and mouse, try to power on the computer and check
