I have had this computer for a couple years now, and a few months back it wouldn't turn on. The power light would come on for a second and it would shut off. I purchased a new power supply and after that things went back to normal. Fast forward a few months later, a friend just finished playing a game and the computer shut off. I get a solid amber power light, and nothing else seems to happen, light on the motherboard and everything is fine. Is this just a case of a faulty power supply?
