I'm going to look at a new one. I just noticed on the drop-down menu in My Computer on the F: drive, the option to "Format". I tried it on all 3 disc types I have and it said "Windows cannot format this disc". I also noticed that unlike other burners I've used, this one starts up and immediately shuts down, over and over and over. It never runs at a consistent speed??? Thanks for your help too. I really appreciate it.
