If you did not buy DIRECTLY from DELL you may need to Register.

Try using the EXPRESS SERVICE CODE instead or DETECT SERVICE TAG.
You can choose By Model for support for Drivers without a service tag.
But you must Specify OS version, Model, Country etc.
