Hello; I just installed RAM upgrade on my XPS8500 system. I purchased 32GB from Crucial.com. The install was easy and the XPS8500 recognized the new RAM on restart with NO issues. Crucial does guarantee RAM for lifetime and is certified compatible with XPS system. I run WIN8 64-bit OS with A09 BIOS.
