I have the same problem except I get 2 beeps when try to reboot???
If I unplug the computer from power for 30 minutes it will boot up normally. It then runs for about 15 minutes OK, then freezes up. I then have to unplug for 30 minutes and it will boot up OK. It won't run long enough for hardware diagnostics to run.
