Dell Inspiron 570 -Steady amber light

I'll start off by saying that the psu, cpu, and mobo have all been replaced with Dell proprietary parts. The psu seems to have steady power and all hardware boots up when the power button is pressed. I've already attempted resetting the CMOS hoping it would preform some kind of magic; needless to say it didn't.

Everything below seems to be working:

  • Processor fan
  • Chassis fan
  • Dedicated graphics card fan
  • HDD (Hear it starting up as it normally would upon boot)

I've tried the process of elimination by unplugging one thing at a time and restarting, even with a memory or HDD problem, I should still get a display or post informing me of this, right? I'm honestly at a loss at this point and I'm unsure where I should go from here. What am I missing? Maybe I just need a fresh outlook on the situation.
