Download and save the latest Graphics card drivers in the computer and uninstall the drivers from Device Manager, please follow the below mentioned steps to uninstall the drivers:

1. Click Start.
2. Right click Computer.
3. Click Manage.
4. On the left pane click Device Manager.
5. Click (+) Display adapter.
6. Right click the driver and uninstall it.

Ensure that the “delete the driver software for this device” is checked

Restart the computer and install the Graphics driver and check.

Please post the results.
