New XPS Won't Start

Hi folks,

I started up my new XPS yesterday for the first time, set it up in my network, loaded MS Office and CorelDraw, checked e-mails online, and then shut it down.  This morning I can't get it to go to Windows.  All I can see is a black screen with the Dell symbol in the middle.  Can any of you help?  Many thanks.
