Dell Support Center’s auto update has been pushed with a new interface. It is now called My Dell.
I would recommend you to run the on-board diagnostics (outside windows) using the below mentioned steps to check the system hardware functionality.
To run the on-board Diagnostics:
- Power off the computer
- Restart the computer, press F12 on the Dell logo
- Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu
