So I ordered a XPS8500 in Nov 2012 with Windows 8 Professional.
I have been getting the stuck on boot screen issue from the very first day. I am surprised to know about the Keyboard issue as I have the same keyboard. Is dell planning to contact all the buyers and send them a new one.
I have been through the numerous phone calls, and what surprises me Dell cleanly blames Microsoft for this which I have a hard time buying. Why is it only XPS8500 with this many responses.
Can someone from Dell please confirm. I also got the Windows 8 Recovery Cd but have no time to reinstall Windows and apps. I did not know that I have to return the cd.
Anyone with a new keyboard able to fix this for fure?
