Note: A 6-pin PCIe power connector is required for the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST card.

That may well mean using a retail PSU.

The default XPS 8300 power supply should already have a PCIe 6-pin power connector, zachfernandez97 needs to open the case and check the wiring harness.
