Generally, if there is any issue with the display quality of the computer, then the distortion/issue is seen after the Dell logo and/or within the Operating System as well.
Have you tried connecting an external monitor to see if the difference is seen there as well?
As the issue is with the Dell logo looking slightly different only on start-up, we request you to monitor the system and let us know if you face further issues.
Also, kindly allow me some time to research on this issue and get back to you with a solution, if any.
