I have a Dell Dimension 2400 that a friend brought to me. it will not power up at all. There is a green light on the motherboard when the computer is plugged in. I don't know anything about the computer except it is pentium 4 and windows xp. It may have gotten a power surge from a lightning storm although I see no evidence of that. Any hope for this one?
