Thank you for the information. Yes you may try to connect an external monitor and check for the display.

I would suggest you to drain the residual power from the laptop:

  • Disconnect any external peripherals (flash drives, printers, external hard drives) from the computer
  • Remove the power adapter.
  • Hold down the power button for 10 seconds
  • Plug in the power adapter.
  • Power on the system.
