Dell Inspiron 660s for computer type cable being HDMI windows 8 is installed and this happened shortly after it was setup out of the box, although the touchscreen capabilities worked for a little bit they almost instantly stopped working. Another thing you might want to know as well is that I did not get the monitor right away so I was using a different monitor that was not a touch screen at first.
