CSM Legacy Mode must be Enabled and Secure Boot Must be Disabled. You will have to remove all of the partitions and Create a New set. 64 bit windows DOES NOT create a SINGLE partition. Windows 8 is worse it creates Tons of partitions. You have to Choose Custom Advanced and Delete the partitions then Create the partition then Format the partition then install.
