I SO understand this. I find Dell to be arrogant and as unhelpful as humanly possible. My XPS 9000 began having issues from month 6 after purchase. When I called for assistance when the factory-installed Micorsoft media played crashed they suggested I go out on the Internet and download a free one. WHAT ?????? And now 2 months after the warranty expired the motherboard AND the C/drive are blown. I am a casual personal user who does no gaming. When I called again I was advised both these items crashed because "I go out on the Internet". Really? My God who knew you should not use your computer for he purpose it was designed?
MAC here I come.
