Hello Dell community,
I have a problem with my "Dell Optiplex gx270". I have recently acquired this old computer and it has no operating system. I have another hard drive with windows on it however and I'd like to install it into this computer. My real problem is that The hard drive I want to install is an IDE hard drive and the hard drive without a operating system is a SATA type. Is it possible to install my old hardrive into this computer? Anything helps.
