I would suggest you to run the hardware diagnostics to see if that comes up with any error messages or codes. To run the diagnostics, start the system and hit F12 key on the Dell logo screen. From the 'One Time Boot Menu' options, select Diagnostics. Please make a note of any error codes or messages that you may notice. These error codes will help us isolate the exact point of failure.
