I have the exact same problem. Curious if you ever figured it out. I have to unplug all of my devices, USB cable and DVI cables and remove the 3V battery on the motherboard just for my PC to start. Then I plug everything back in and leave my computer running 24x7 so I don't have to go through this again. What did you end up replacing on your Dell XP 435MT?
