First of all, when SATA Mode is said to [RAID Mode], I can run diagnostics but otherwise the Troubleshoot options are never presented.  The error screens just cycle until I power down or press F12 to get into setup.

The ePSA Diagnostics (invoked as you requested)  run with no errors. Specifically, at the end of the quick tests it says "No problems have been found with this system so far" and after long memory tests it says "All tests passed."

When I change SATA mode to [AHCI] then eventually after rebooting I get to a screen that says "Choose an Option" with two choices: Troubleshoot, and Turn off your PC.  Clicking on Troubleshoot brings up three options

* Refresh your PC  -- this doesn't work, says boot drive is locked

* Reset your PC -- doesn't work

* Advanced Options -- this gives a new screen with the following five options:

(1) System Restore.  If I click this I get an error message "To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows Installation to restore.  Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore."  That is useless as there is never an opportunity to select an operating system.

(2) Command Prompt.  Clicking this does bring up a command window on a "Z" drive but none of the recovery utilities work, because of various errors like "drive is locked".

(3) System Image Recover.  Clicking this brings up an "internal error occurred" message

(4) Automatic Repair.  Clicking this eventually brings up a screen that says "Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC" and gives two options:  "shut down" and "advanced options".
