That's alright! Thanks for getting back to me. I've now managed to update the BIOS using a DOS boot disk but still no luck. I don't have another machine to test the GPU in unfortunately. I was thinking that I might install Linux and see if that let's me install the drivers.
To be honest though I think I'm just going to RMA it.
