What an absolute disappointment. I expect Dell to produce hardware and software that work!!!
1) When I go to Dell Support Centre, Backups, Create Recovery Media , it just hangs
2) When I go to Dell Backup and Recovery , Recovery Media I can select USB Flash or Discs.
- if I select USB Flash, and hit Continue, I just get an hourglass. It does not recognize by 16 GB USB disk (even though Explorer does)
- If I select Disc, nothing happens
3) When I go to Dell Backup and Recovery , Recovery Disc, it says Loading, and only recognized by 500GB external drive and want to erase everything on it story what it calculates as an 11.37GB requirement. It doe not recognize my 16 GB USB flash drive which would have been perfect.
So, three strikes.
