I see.  I thought that since the HD had windows XP on it I could simply hook up into the 8300 and go from there.  As you can tell I am very new at all of this.   So I need to load my Windows XP onto the computer when I start it up?  Also, I did not realize that the 8300 came in just 2.6GHZ.  I was under the impression that they were either 3.0 or 3.2.
