Dimension 9150 XP Install CD

Hi,

I have a Dell Dimension 9150 that has XP Media Center Edition and RAID0 configuration.
I've had problems with RAID which are now fixed but I want to get rid of RAID and do a clean reinstall of XP on a new hard drive.
Unfortunetly Dell didn't supply an XP installation CD with the machine.
I have the original license key and I thought I might be able to reinstall using another XP installation CD but it does not accept the license key.
Do I need an installation CD from Dell and how do I get one?
I understand you could/can request one to be delivered but only if you're in the US.
Or is there another way to do this?
