To add to the resolution provided by our esteemed Dell Rockstar RDunnill, if the issue you are facing is mainly to do with removal of the Mcafee Anti-virus software which was pre-installed on your Dell computer, please click on the link below for downloading and running the Mcafee Removal Tool (MCPR.exe).
Please follow the instructions mentioned in the link carefully in order to completely remove the pre-installed Mcafee software on your computer.
