You may also try to change the mouse-sensitivity by following the steps mentioned below. Try to reduce the speed of the mouse.

• Click the Windows "Start" menu and type "mouse" into the Search field.
• Click on the "Change Mouse Settings" link in the search results.
• Click on the "Pointer Options" tab.
• Move the Motion slider bar to the right for a faster speed and to the left for a slower speed.
• Click "Apply" to apply the settings. Move your mouse to see if those are the settings you would like.
• If not, adjust the slider bar again. When you find the right setting for you, click "OK" to save the settings and close the window.
