Multiple Sound Cards Dell Optiplex 790

I would like to add two additional sound cards to my Dell Optiplex 790 and from what I have read on the interned I believe this to be impossible. I have 3 programs that I use that require sound cards. All 3 sound cards would need to be operating at the same time. The programs allow we to select which sound card to use. I thought I would check with someone with more knowledge than "the internet". If it can be done what would be a source for it/them. Thanks--Gary
