if you want a striped raid array I would follow my instructions for dell b in previous post and then create a windows full metal backup to external disk. confirm/validate backup is good.
boot to raid utility ctr+I
wipe and create striped raid
boot windows from usb, use recovery tools on windows setup, load sata drivers for raid
then restore backup on new striped array
