To me it looks like it 'could' be either a faulty Realtek (NIC) chip on this board or that something has been changed in this version of the chip itself, OR in the way it tells MDT to get the driver - possiblly the BIOS ?
We have some 3010's here running the A05 BIOS that build without any problems at all on MDT. It looks like you have the latest BIOS version A09 with the UEFI boot option - sorry but none of 3010's here have that EUFI option (BIOS) so can't test it for you. However for what it worth, it doesn't sound like an MDT problem to me, which then puts it back to the current Realtek chip and/or BIOS.
I really hope that this isn't widespread with current Dell Desktop rangess, and that your problems gets quickly resolved (please let us know how you go on), as we too also use MDT2012 and have been looking at a full site re-furb using this same model of desktop...
If MDT won't work with these desktops we will be urgently looking at other hardware.
