The diagnostic light combinations listed in the Dell manual HERE does not show a light 4 only.
I would also request you provide some more additional information about the issue:
- Do you get any beeps when you first power on the computer?
- Since when are you facing the issue?
- Did you try releasing the flea power? If not, please try the following steps:
-- Disconnect all the external peripherals from the computer along with the power cable, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
-- Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds.
-- Connect only the power cable, monitor, keyboard and mouse and try to turn on the computer.
-- Check the functionality of the computer.
