I bought the XPS 8500 at the beginning of the school year, and for awhile had no issues. However I started to put games on the desktop and whenever I try to play a game, after a few minutes it will simply black out and my monitor will display a "No Signal" message. The sound cuts off whenever this happens and I have to restart the desktop. The games that I'm trying to play are well within the capabilities of the desktop so I'm not sure what the issue is. I ran a hardware diagnostic outside the OS and no issues were found. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
